Got my new truck all ready and accepted my current lease as a drop to turn in. Friendly and clean space. MILFORD, OH | 2025 GMC Sierra 1500October 27, 2025Somehow, my work order stated the work did not need to be done until 5 pm. I was waiting, which on the paperwork I received electronically after my appointment, it stated I was waiting. After 2 hours I asked about my status. I waited that long as I was supposed to get my fuel filter changed and was informed it would take an hour longer, along with an oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter replacement. Then they informed me of the mix-up and stated it would be ready in an hour. I should have walked, but I said OK. Four hours later, I left with only an oil change and tire rotation. I missed three appointments with clients and did not even get the work I was suppose to get. The service rep did apologize and told me when I come back for the rest of the work "he was going to take care of me". Unfortunately, I doubt he will get that opportunity. 4 hour and all 14,000 of my points burned for an oil change and tire rotation. Thats a lot to swallow.Response from Holman Motors Inc.
