Great experience! We were coming up from Pittsburgh and decided to stop at your dealership due to the amount of trucks we saw on your lot. We were pleasantly surprised when we weren’t immediate swarmed by a salesperson, like at most dealers. When we stepped inside we were greeted by the sales manger (I forget his name) and when we asked for help he immediately got us a salesman. John Bohning was amazing! He was knowledgeable, personal and funny! The kind of salesman you want to deal with. He’s a great asset to your team! We stopped to “look” and ended up driving away in a 2025 GMC Sierra Elevation! The business manager, Laura Steffen was equally as knowledgeable, personable and funny! I have brought my 2025 Sierra 3500 in 3 times now for issues with the sound from the infotainment system. Sound intermittently drops out, adjusts volume and sometimes will stay out for hours at a time. The first 2 times they noticed it and said it was a software issue. IT did not do it for the short time they had it this time and said too bad bring it back when its stays broken. I purchased a brand new $80k truck so I would not have issues and if I did I expect it to be fixed. Now I am told too bad. I am beyond disappointed.
