Although, I had the oil changed and the sticker was changed on the windshield the dashboard indicator shows I have 27% oil life remaining. The passenger seat was shoved all the way against the child's car seat and not returned to the proper position. I know that is not a big deal but, did someone take a nap? It appears the seat was scratched while being reclined back. I cannot be sure. It should have been returned to the original position. I spent $1468....

My vehicle was kept 4 days just to shoot from the hip and say that the battery was bad causing low voltage to the CPU. Picked it up and took it to autozone. Battery tested fine, replaced it under warranty.( only 8 months old). I’m sure the issue is still present. Cost me $100 diagnostics fee.

Not sure why you're dissatisfied with your recent visit. Upon write up you stated you thought you had a faulty BCM. Our first step is to scan the vehicle of which we found multiple codes some being low voltage and also found a bad battery. You elected to pick up the vehicle to take where you bought the battery and have it tested and they found it bad and replaced for you under their warranty. If you think the issue is still present reach out to us and we'll be glad to start back up where we left off and let you know what we find.
