Holman Motors does offer transportation with our shuttle service. Notify your Service Consultant at the time of write up regarding shuttle transportation needs. Do you have Rental Cars? Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers our customers special discounted rates and is operated out of their ST RT 74 office 3 miles away and will gladly bring a late model vehicle to you while your vehicle is being repaired at our facility. Under certain circumstances, you may be eligible for transportation at little or no cost to you! Refer to your Owner’s Handbook or your Extended Service Contract for details. Will I pay more to have my car repaired at a Dealership? Your repair should be very competitively priced with other facilities. Our shop labor rate is among the lowest Cincinnati. We utilize standard estimating manuals to determine the labor amounts charged. We are most competitive and are advertised for comparison. Additionally you can depend on receiving quality repairs made by people who know your GM vehicle best using AC Delco & genuine GM Parts. GM Parts/AC Delco carry a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty, parts and labor, with some eligible GM parts covered for life. I just need to get my oil changed. Will I have to wait very long? At Holman Motors, we understand and value your time and loyalty! We have a quick service department for your minor service needs. We require no appointments for oil changes, tire rotations and many other minor lubrications maintenance services. Additionally, our oil changes take about 35 minutes, are available on Saturdays, hand wash your vehicle and again, require no appointment. I received a survey after my last visit. Is it important that I fill it out? Holman Motors sends out surveys to check on the performance. It is very important that you take the time to fill out the survey carefully.
